More good news for Y Greeners! It looks like the Victorian Govt will follow in the footsteps of the ACT Govt and require all homeowners to have a home  sustainability assessment before they sell their house. Hopefully it’s only a matter of time before all States follow suit. This means guaranteed ongoing work for all of our trained and experienced Y Green Home Sustainability Advisors (well at least in Vic and the ACT for now!) Come on NSW and Qld ….how about it?
